Monday...Girls lunch. This time Cafe de la Paix in Blackwood.Lovely and very popular! Chorizo and Haloumi salad was fabulous. Great latte. We have been getting together each holiday for many years now. First Monday is quite the tradition.
Tuesday...read a book. This year it was" The Handmaids Tale". by Margaret Attwood.
Excellent. Very thought provoking and disturbing. I will be thinking about this book for the days to come.
Wednesday...'video veg' - watch a series of something. This year it was the Lord of the the Rings trilogy.
Do you have holiday traditions? ...things you do to help you unwind...even though you are exhausted anyway!?
I have re-entered the sewing room and am picking out fabrics....'Bag one' is on it's way!
